Ordering/ Viewing Orders

Our Ordering process is simple and straightforward. The basic steps are outlined below;

1. Browse our store and find the items you wish to purchase

2. Add desired product(s) to your shopping cart

3. Checkout as a registered customer or as a guest

4. Select billing address (registered customers can select from stored addresses)

5. Select shipping method and shipping address (registered customers can select from stored addresses)

6. Select payment method

7. Review and Place order

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to track the progress of your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Once logged into your account you can view My Orders, edit Billing and Shipping Information, check Newsletter Subscriptions, scrutinise My Product Reviews, Change account email address and/ or password and much more!

Shipping & Delivery

In an effort to provide reliable, speedy and cost effective delivery for our customers, we use various couriers to deliver your products to your stipulated address(es). These couriers include but are not limited to; Royal Mail, Business Post (UK Mail) and City Link. We aim to confirm your order within 24 hours of receipt with UK delivery expected within 48 working hours of order confirmation. EU based orders are expected to arrive within 5 working days of order confirmation. You will be required to sign for the receipt of all items delivered by courier.

Returns & Replacements

Propokerden carefully researches its products and processes with the aim of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. This includes the accuracy of product descriptions, the ease of ordering, the quality of the products and the speed and convenience of our delivery options.

However we understand that on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item to us. The paragraphs below detail the way in which Propokerden aim to resolve various situations. None of the below affects your statutory rights.

Cancelling an Order

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email sales@propokerden.com as soon as possible after placing your order and within 12 hours of order placement. Should an order already be shipped , it may be returned to us as described below.

Returning Unwanted Goods

Surpassing the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations, we have no hesitation in offering our customers a full 14 day money back guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item to us providing it is unused, with the packaging unopened and intact.

Upon receipt of the item in a perfect condition back at our premises we will refund the purchase price excluding any applicable fees and shipping costs.

Should you wish to return received goods, we must be informed within 14 days of receipt and the items should be received by us within 21 days of receipt.

The cost of the return carriage will be borne by you (the customer) in full. The original cost of shipping to your destination will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Before returning your goods, please email sales@propokerden.com to obtain a returns number and address.

Your card will be credited, a cheque issued or exchange credit issued covering the cost of the goods within 7 days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. Refunds can only be issued to the card-holder.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive your goods and discover a fault or damage, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the goods including the price of carriage.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@propokerden.com to obtain a returns number and address. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt.

Once the reported damage has been confirmed we will provide a replacement or refund as required along with a reimbursement of the cost of returning the damaged or faulty item to us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Propokerden accepts payment through PayPal. This includes the ability to make payments from existing PayPal accounts, payment from all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express and online bank transfers (note: customers do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment using PayPal). We also accept cheques (made payable to 'Propokerden') and payment on collection, please contact us prior to order if you wish to use these payment methods.

At Propokerden we strive to offer the best prices to our customers at all times and welcome pricing enquiries from customers purchasing for retail premises including casinos, restaurants, hotels, clubs and pubs. We also welcome enquiries from retailers wishing to participate in our wholesale program. Please direct any enquiries to sales@propokerden.com.

From time to time we will feature promotional offers and discounts on selected products. The relevant discount code should be entered into the Discount Codes box in the Shopping Cart prior to checkout. The promotional offers and discounts may be valid for a limited time and may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Promotional offers and discounts only apply good while supplies last. No product substitutions are permitted.

If you cancel or return item(s), this may change or void discounts applied to your order. This happens when the cancellation or return causes the merchandise subtotal (before any shipping charges or taxes have been applied) to fall below the minimum requirement. If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item, less the coupon value).

Updating Account Information

Your Account Information and personal details can be updated by clicking the 'My Account' link and logging into your personal Dashboard using your email address and password. From the Dashboard you can update your contact information, change billing and shipping addresses, subscribe/ unsubscribe to our newsletter as well as viewing your full customer activity.
