Propokerden carefully researches its products and processes with the aim of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. This includes the accuracy of product descriptions, the ease of ordering, the quality of the products and the speed and convenience of our delivery options.
However we understand that on occasion you may feel it necessary to return an item to us. The paragraphs below detail the way in which Propokerden aim to resolve different situations. None of the below affects your statutory rights.
Canceling an Order

as soon as possible after placing your order and within 12 hours of order placement.
Returning Unwanted Goods
Goods may be returned to us following receipt for any reason providing they are in unused, the packaging is unopened and in a perfect condition upon receipt back at our premises.
Should you wish to return received goods, we must be informed within 7 days of receipt and the items received by us within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return carriage will be borne by you (the customer) in full. The original cost of shipping to your destination will not be refunded. Your card will be credited, a cheque issued or exchange credit issued covering the cost of the goods within 7 days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. Refunds can only be issued to the card-holder.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive your goods and discover a fault or damage, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the goods including the price of carriage.

Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt. On confirmation of any reported damage we will provide a replacement or refund as required along with a reimbursement of the cost of returning the damaged or faulty item to us.
